    • This means that we are temporarily out of stock and are waiting for a new delivery shortly. We do our best to keep all of our products in stock at all times; however, with such a large inventory it is inevitable that we run out of certain items on occasion. If you have already placed your order and we are out of a particular item, we will contact you to let you know. When we are sure the item will arrive within the next 7 days, we will hold your order and dispatch it as soon as all items come into stock. If it will be longer than 7 days, you can choose a similar item to replace it or receive a credit note for your next purchase.

    • There are restrictions for mixing & matching colours of wholesale items. Please contact us and we will be happy to give you further details.

    • Yes, all prices are advertised with VAT included at the current UK rate. The prices do not include postage and packaging charges, which are added to your order on checkout. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

      I-Beads is registered in the UK and as such can bill EU customers excluding VAT under the following circumstances:

      VAT registered customers within the EU, excluding the UK. Customers must send us their VAT number prior to placing an order and must wait for confirmation from I-Beads that they have been approved as a VAT exempt customer.

    • Yes. Items listed on our website as wholesale carry a wholesale discount or provide information about a discount code that can be applied. Please visit our Discounts/Wholesale page for full details about items not listed as wholesale in our online catalogue.

    • Just email us with the details of what you are looking for and we will let you know if we are able to source it for you. We are constantly expanding our product range and your item may be a perfect addition to our catalogue.

    • All of our products are online so we don’t have a catalogue. This is because we have over 25,000 products and we are constantly reviewing and adding to our product range. Subscribing to our newsletter is the best way to keep up to date and discover our newest additions on a weekly basis.

    • There is no minimum order value.

    • We don’t have a retail store. We are an online company only.

    • Unfortunately we can’t amend an order once it has been placed. Please contact us before 2pm on the day you have placed your order for alternative options.

    • To cancel an order it’s best to call us as soon as possible. Alternatively you can email us before 3pm on the day you have placed your order.

    • Please take a few minutes to create an account if you are a first-time customer. If you are an existing customer firstly sign into your account. Once you have chosen your item enter the quantity you would like to purchase and click on ‘Buy’. This will automatically put the item into your shopping basket. When you are ready to buy all your items, click on ‘checkout’ and this will take you to the delivery and payment pages. After entering your details, don’t forget to confirm your order on both pages of the checkout.

    • Enter your voucher code into the ‘Promotional Code’ box on the payment page and click ‘Review Order’. Any discount that is applicable will then be applied to your order.

      Always check the conditions of your code - if it does not work on your order, it may be because an item in your shopping basket is excluded from a promotion or that the code has expired. Unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions, promotional codes cannot be combined and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

    • All orders are confirmed by email so if you have not received one shortly after placing the order, please check your Junk mail folder as these can often be mistaken for spam. You can also sign into your account and check the status of your order in ‘My Order History’.

    • Please contact us as soon as possible for any shipping address errors. Any changes you make to your account after placing an order will not take effect immediately and won’t apply to orders already placed.

    • You can follow the status of your order under your Order History when you sign in. Orders sent using Next Day Delivery and Recorded delivery will include a tracking number and you will be able to trace your order with Royal Mail using the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. All orders sent using Standard First class mail are not traceable.

    • We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of them being placed. This does not include Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. We will confirm the dispatch of your order by email.

      We want you to feel completely at ease doing business with us over the Internet. We know that security is a major concern to many of our customers therefore we use Sagepay as our online payment system. Sagepay uses up-to-the-minute Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which means that all credit card transactions are completely safe and encrypted to ensure the maximum protection. Your card details are not held on the Internet. Once payment has been validated and authorisation approved, the card details are deleted.

      We now have the additional option of a Bank Transfer to the following bank account:

    • It is common for some companies who do not charge for postage and packaging to inflate the price of their products to cover this cost. Other companies have a sliding scale of delivery charges; where the more you spend, the more you pay… We feel the best is to charge a flat rate to cover for the cost of picking, packing and posting your order and to offer FREE postage and packaging for all orders over £30 to the UK.

      Please be aware that postal services only consider an item lost 21 days after the dispatch date. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect or incomplete shipping address on the order and we can only resend the order once the original parcel has been returned to us undamaged.

Upon registration you will be sent a confirmation email. You will then receive all the benefits of being a registered member including receiving our newsletter.

      When you are signed in, any items you would like to purchase will go straight to your shopping basket and will be stored for 14 days. We advise you to login as soon as you get onto our website to avoid losing your entire shopping basket due to any technical difficulties or should you need to put your purchase on hold.

    • If you have received a new password, copy and paste it from the email sent to you. It is easy to mistake an L for an I! After you have logged in, you will be able to change the password to a new one in ‘My Password’.

    • If you are trying to sign in to your account but have forgotten your password, click on the ‘forgotten password’ link and enter your email address. You will then receive an email containing your new password. Remember to check your junk mail folder if you can’t see your new password in your inbox.

    • If you have signed into your account the items in your Shopping Basket will be saved for a maximum of 14 days. Items added to the Shopping Basket when not signed in are stored for 24 hours. If you wish to save your items to purchase at another date select ’Add to Favourites’ where your items will be saved to your account.

The requested quantity is not in stock, therefore we have adjusted your order quantity to our stock level.
