Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with I-Beads. If upon receipt of your delivery you are unhappy with your purchase you have the option to return the order, or separate items in your order. Please see our Returns Policy below :

  • - Please contact us prior to making a return and we will provide you with our free post address
  • - Refunds and exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
  • - When returning your items please include a copy of the original invoice, along with a completed returns form
  • - All goods you would like to return must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition, with any labels still attached. Once we have received the item(s) a refund or credit note will be issued.
  • - Please note that we will be unable to offer an exchange or refund on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
  • - If the goods are not what you ordered or they are damaged, faulty or missing, please contact us and we will be able to arrange for an exchange at our expense.
  • - Please make sure that you obtain proof of posting as we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item and we reserve the right to charge you for any such lost or damaged item.
  • - Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for wholesale items as they are ordered in from the manufacturers on request and not held in stock.
  • - Please do not return any items without contacting us first. We are unable to refund any postage costs incurred if you return items without contacting us.

The requested quantity is not in stock, therefore we have adjusted your order quantity to our stock level.
